ADAPT, in collaboration with Oide Creativity, will be running a workshop for secondary school teachers in Ireland in March. The workshop will be on “AI Literacy in Education – Balancing the Opportunities and Mitigating the Risks”.
This interactive workshop is designed for secondary school teachers who want to build real confidence and practical understanding of AI in education.
Participants will: 🔹 Gain a clear understanding of AI Literacy, with specific reference to the new national AI Guidelines for Schools 🔹 Participate in hands-on, interactive activities to practically explore the opportunities, benefits, and critical risks associated with Generative AI tools in the classroom 🔹 Reflect on the potential impacts of AI on teaching and learning to inform immediate and future school practice.
