Public Service Transformation Week (PSTW) takes place from the 9th – 13th November 2026 and highlights innovation and transformation happening across public services in Ireland. As AI increasingly transforms how public services are designed and delivered in Ireland, this webinar explores how older adults’ hopes, concerns and lived experiences are shaping the transformation?

In advance of the Age-Friendly AI Assembly on 17 November in Galway, this webinar will:

  • Share insights and co-creation methods from the Age-Friendly AI initiative
  • Present early findings from nationwide community discussions
  • Showcase how public-facing initiatives can be designed and governed inclusively through co-creation with older citizens.

Aimed at public service bodies, digital transformation leads and policy professionals, this webinar shows how working together with older citizens leads to better, more trusted digital public services.

Age-Friendly AI is a national initiative funded by Research Ireland, led by TU Dublin and the ADAPT Centre at DCU, working in partnership with older adults and community organisations  to ensure that their voices shape AI development, deployment and governance.
