The TRANSMIXR project joined Mojofest 2025, the premiere global gathering for mobile content creators, held on April 28–29. Grace Dinan from the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) took the stage to speak on “Trust – in the Age of AI,” sharing insights into TRANSMIXR’s cutting-edge work on collaborative tools to combat disinformation.
As part of the Horizon Europe initiative, TRANSMIXR, led by Dr. Niall Murray of Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) and the ADAPT Centre, is reimagining the future of media. The project aims to empower people as co-creators of immersive content through AI and extended reality (XR) technologies, promoting inclusive and participatory storytelling.
Mojofest 2025 brought together over 300 attendees, including journalists, digital creators, academics, and tech leaders, for two days of expert panels, hands-on training, and global networking. With more than 40 speakers, the event spotlighted the innovations shaping the future of mobile storytelling.
