Machine Learning Dublin Boasts an All-Female line-up this May

The ADAPT Centre is proud to be a sponsor of Machine Learning Dublin, which organise meet-ups on the last Monday of every month. Founded in December 2015, this is the largest event of its kind in Ireland, with 100+ people in attendance each month. The event is open to professionals and students interested in Machine Learning in any of its forms. There are presentations by selected guest speakers on different topics, and networking. Topics which are often discussed include AI, Machine Learning, Machine Translation, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and many more.

This month’s meet-up is taking place on the 29th of May from 6pm to 9pm, and will be held at Zalando, Dublin. The organisers are delighted to announce that this month’s event will feature an all-female line-up, including the following speakers:

Dr. Ana Peleteiro Ramallo  – Data Scientist at Zalando

Dr. Amelia Kelly – Director of Speech Tecnologies at Soapbox Labs

Dr. Annalina Caputo – Research Fellow, Personalised Information Retrieval at the ADAPT Centre of Trinity College

This event is open to Machine Learning professionals, researchers, and students. There will be excellent chances for networking amongst like-minded researchers on the day.
