Date: Thurs, 26th Feb

Time: 2-4pm

Location:Trinity College Dublin’s Innovation Hub

Register your interest to join AI² together with ADAPT Centre and Insight Research Ireland Centre for Data Analytics from 2pm – 4pm on Thursday, 26th February 2026 at the Trinity College Dublin Innovation Hub for a conversation on future-skilling the Irish workforce. This event is supported by Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet.

As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to dominate the headlines, the foundational question facing leaders today is how to build a society where people are empowered to thrive with AI as active users, critical thinkers, and creative collaborators.

Together with leading EdTech organisations, skills providers, and researchers, the event will explore a practical and ethical roadmap for the future workforce. This event will move beyond traditional upskilling to career sustainability, ensuring workers possess the confidence and the tools to remain successful and resilient as their roles evolve.

This matters because the future belongs to a workforce that is AI ready; individuals who can pair technical literacy with unique human strengths such as creativity, empathy, and critical thinking. This multidisciplinary dialogue will explore how we can co-create a future of work that is productive, inclusive, and fundamentally respects the sustainability of our society.
