ADAPT Researchers Join ARC Hub for ICT Cohort 3

Four researchers from ADAPT have been selected to join Cohort 3 of the ARC Hub for ICT, securing support to advance innovative research projects with strong commercial and societal impact.

The new cohort includes 18 translational research projects from across Ireland, with participants receiving structured commercialisation support spanning market discovery, intellectual property strategy, industry engagement and investor readiness.

The ADAPT-affiliated projects are:

  • AI Agents for Localisation Operations – Vicent Briva-Iglesias, Dublin City University
  • InvizCrypt: Secure Cloud Documents with Seamless Collaboration – Hitesh Tewari, Trinity College Dublin
  • MyNameIs – Yalemisew Abgaz, Dublin City University
  • TrueFrame: Quality-Guaranteed Video Compression for Cinematic Workflows – Vibhoothi, Trinity College Dublin

Over the coming months, researchers will work with the ARC Hub for ICT to explore pathways to commercialisation, helping translate cutting-edge research into solutions that deliver real-world impact for industry and society.
