Professor Jennifer Foster was recently elected to the executive committee of the premier international scientific and professional society for people working on computational problems involving human language, the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL). The ACL is the main scientific and professional body for natural language processing (NLP) globally.
Jennifer Foster is a Lecturer at DCU’s School of Computing. A member of the National Centre for Language Technology, her research areas include Natural Language Processing, Parsing, Sentiment Analysis, Grammar Checking and Computational Linguistics.
