Viet Quoc Pham is currently an Assistant Professor in Networks and Distributed Systems at the School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He has special research interests in the areas of wireless AI, quantum AI, edge computing, and distributed machine learning. He was honoured with the IEEE ComSoc Best Young Researcher Award for EMEA 2023 and the Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher Award 2024 in recognition of his research excellence and broad influence.
He currently serves as an Editor of IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Communications Standards Magazine, IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, Journal of Network and Computer Applications, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, and IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
