Tom Carron is a Junior Systems Engineer at the ADAPT Centre and is part of the Technical Operations team.
As Junior Systems Engineer, Tom supports the ongoing development and management of the High Performance Computing clusters, Virtual machine and container infrastructure provided by the Technical Operations team.
Tom holds a MSc in Physics from the University of Cologne, Germany, where he researched the formation of massive stars. Tom also holds a BA in Physics & Astrophysics from Trinity College Dublin. Before joining the ADAPT Centre he worked in the cloud computing sector.
