Swetang Krishna is a dedicated researcher with a keen interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and Conversational AI. Currently, he is working with the ADAPT Centre as a PhD researcher, where he contributes to cutting-edge research focused on pedagogical understanding in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Swetang’s research aims to bridge the gap between Conversational AI and Education, delivering impactful solutions for both academia and industry. As part of his work at ADAPT, he has developed next-generation context retrieval system for conversational AI, combining semantic search, and intent recognition systems to enhance the interpretability and learning effectiveness of chatbot-based educational tools.
In addition to his work in NLP and Conversational AI, Swetang is keen to collaborate and explore the emerging field of Quantum Machine Learning, aiming to push the boundaries of what AI systems can achieve in complex, data-intensive environments.
