Ramisa Hamed is a research fellow at Trinity College Dublin, working on developing data-driven medical decision-making systems. She commenced her academic journey as a teaching fellow at the School of Computer Science and Statistics of Trinity College Dublin, where she earned her doctoral degree.
Throughout her career, she has fostered fruitful collaborations with numerous distinguished research groups, including the Insight Centre and Adapt Centre in Ireland, the Dokuz Eylul Multimedia Information Retrieval (DEMIR) Research Group in Turkey, as well as the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) and the Iran Banking Institute (IBI) in Iran. These collaborative endeavours have broadened her expertise and enriched her skills in diverse research topics of AI and Semantic Web.
In addition to her academic commitments, Ramisa remains an active participant in various national and international scientific communities. Notably, she contributes her insights as a member of the Expert Advisory Board of the Digital Repository of Ireland and the Healthcare Informatics Society of Ireland.
