Na Fu is Chair of Responsible Leadership and Fellow at Trinity College Dublin. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Co-Director of the Trinity Centre for Digital Business and Analytics and Director for the Trinity AI-XR Innovation Lab.
Professor Fu’s research lies at the cutting edge of digitalisation, responsible AI, and human resource management. She has secured over €8 million and led multiple EU-funded projects, including LEADSx2030 and TechConnect. Her work has appeared in top journals such as Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management etc.
Professor Fu has established a global network in both academia and industry across Europe, the U.S., Australia, and Asia She contributes actively to academic policy dialogue and interdisciplinary research leadership in Europe and beyond.
