Lauren Cassidy is a PhD student of NLP at the ADAPT Centre, DCU. Her research is in the area of language technology with a focus on syntax, code-switching, and Irish. She has also collaborated on projects in synthetic speech detection, machine Translation, and evaluation of BERT models.
