Dr. Jelena Radakovic Goodwin is a Project Manager at the ADAPT Research Centre, where she leads the planning and delivery of interdisciplinary research and innovation projects in AI, digital transformation, education and governance. She manages EU-funded initiatives, coordinates collaboration between academic, industry, and policy partners, and oversees project operations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Jelena brings extensive experience in EU affairs, research and programme management and strategic communications, having worked across academia, EU institutions and international organisations. She holds a PhD in EU enlargement and international politics from University College Dublin.
