Hender is an Assistant Lecturer in the School of Physics at TU Dublin where he teaches programming and data science, amongst other topics. His research interest mainly focuses on multiscale computational/mathematical modelling of soft matter with special emphasis in nanoscale physical-chemistry and bionano-interaction. He is also interested on the use and the development of Machine Learning and data driven models to study these systems.
