Harsh is an IRC postdoctoral awarded Research Fellow working on the RISKY project investigating privacy risks of technologies using knowledge graphs and the NGI TRUST funded Privacy as Expected Consent Gateway project that aims to provide accountable consent practices on the web. Harsh has completed a PhD in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin through research on semantic representation of personal data and consent for GDPR. His current research interests include the domains of privacy, GDPR, consent, and semantic-web. He is the co-chair of the W3C Data Privacy Vocabularies and Controls Community Group (DPVCG) and a member of the ISO JTC1/SC27/WG5 committee for Identity management and privacy technologies.
