Crisron Rudolf Garcera Luca

PhD student

Born in Manila and grew up in Region V, a Philippine Science High School and University of the Philippines alumnus. Graduated BS Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2013 and recently as Master of Science in Electrical Engineering both in UP Diliman. In 2014, he was co-proponent of the DOST project Gitara Ni Juan. After the success of the project, he was selected to be part in the Leaders in Innovation Program in 2017 where he became an Alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management. He has 10 research publications in the fields of Machine Learning and Audio/Speech Signal Processing. He is also an alumnus of the Royal Academy of Engineering in UK and a current active member of the Sound Technology Institute of the Philippines and IEEE. Currently, he is studying his PhD in the School of Computer Science, University College Dublin. His area of focus for PhD is on the Quality of Experience for conversational agents.
