Tung Ngo, ADAPT researcher at TU Dublin, has been selected as one of ten scholars to receive the UK-HRI Research Experience Grant, supporting early career researchers in developing international collaborations and advancing research in Human-Robot Interaction (HRI).
The grant provides researchers with opportunities to visit UK research institutions, participate in joint research activities, exchange knowledge and build connections within the HRI community.
As part of the award, Tung spent a month at Imperial College London in August, collaborating with researchers on human-robot interaction in healthcare. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to explore research developments in the field and strengthen international collaboration.
We are delighted to celebrate Tung’s achievement and this valuable opportunity to develop international research collaborations and advance HRI research.
