The ADAPT Centre, the centre for digital content technology, is seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to conduct research in the areas of computer vision and video processing.
The candidate will be working with leading industry partners on Deep Learning projects in video manipulation/enhancement/object insertion. This is a unique opportunity to join a research group which has pioneered video and audio technologies now used everyday in movie production and by companies such as YouTube and Google. We even have an OSCAR winner in our team!
The candidates must have a PhD (essential) and a research record in computer vision, with publications in the main conferences/journals (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, PAMI, IJCV, ICIP, TIP, etc) (essential) and proficient programming skills in C/C++ (essential).
Reporting to a Principal Investigator, the successful candidate will work within a large group of Postdoctoral Researchers, PhD students and Software Developers, within the Sigmedia Group of Trinity College Dublin and within the wider ADAPT research community.
